Hospitals in the Czech Republic in 2010

By the end of the year 2010 there were 189 hospitals in the CR, with 62 219 beds (of that 2 231 newborns' cots and 7 398 nursing care beds). The hospital bed fund diminished in 2010 by 1,2 %. The average bed occupancy in 2010 was 253.8 days, which means slight decrease - by 1.7 days. The average length of stay was 7.3 days.
