Activity of General Practitioners for Adults in the Královéhradecký Region in 2011

Primary care for adults in the Královéhradecký Region as of 31. 12. 2011 was provided by 268 general practitioners for adults (in full time equivalent). Per 1 GP for adults there were on the average 1 665 registered patients. GPs for adults performed 2,2 examinations. Preventive examinations represent 5,4 % of the total number. Provision of primary care for adults does not change markedly in long terms, but the age structure of physicians evolves unfavourably.
