Activity of institutes for infants and homes for children up to 3 years of age in the Jihomoravský Region in the years 2006–2011

In 2011 were four institutes for infants and homes for children up to 3 years in the Region. Capacity of these institutes was 330 places and at the end of year there were placed 259 children. During the year were admitted 321 children, mostly for health reasons. 343 children were discharged, 69 % into their own family. The third of discharged children spent in institute more than one year.
