Activity of General Practitioners for Adults in the Kralovehradecky Region in 2012

Primary care for adults in the Kralovehradecky Region as of 31. 12. 2012 was provided by 264 general practitioners for adults (in full time equivalent). Per 1 GP for adults there were on the average 1 687 registered patients. GPs for adults performed 2,2 examinations. Preventive examinations represent 5,6 % of the total number. Provision of primary care for adults does not change markedly in long terms, but the age structure of physicians evolves unfavourably.
