Total fertility rate in the Czech Republic slightly increased, in 2012 it was 1.45 child per one woman during her reproduction period it was 1.43 previous year. The focus of fertility is moving to higher age groups, women in age from 30 to 34 years have had higher age specific fertility as women in age from 25 to 29 years as same as previous year. Less than half of mothers were primiparas. Grow proportions of Caesarean section deliveries (25.0 %) continuous yet. The major part of mothers did not suffer major complications in pregnancy.
