Activity of institutes for infants and homes for children up to 3 years of age and other institutions for children in 2011 2011

In 2011 were 34 institutes for infants and homes for children up to 3 years in the CR. Capacity of these institutes was 1 783 places and at the end of year there were placed 1 428 children. During the year were admitted 2 131 children, mostly for health reasons. 2 195 children were discharged, almost 58 % into their own family. More than fourth of discharged children spent in institute more than one year.
